White Gold Package:
The White Gold Package was designed for the couple that would like to actively share in the planning process or perhaps take on certain parts alone. You will have the expert resource of a wedding professional for assistance, while allowing you to obtain some of the providers and services on your own. This comprehensive package includes the following services:
· Budget Management
· Limited Vendor Referrals (5 Maximum)
· Provide a List of Questions for Vendor Meetings
· Rental Ordering and Management
· Provide Checklists for Couple to Follow throughout planning process
· Bi-Monthly Progress Meetings (depending on time allotted for planning)
· Attend certain vendor meetings (as needed)
· Contract Review
· Detailed itinerary and timelines
· Assistance with Ordering and/or Designing Favors Welcome Baskets (for out-of-town guests) Place Cards, Ceremony Programs, Menu Cards, Save the Dates, Guest Sign in Books or Mats, Toasting Flutes and other wedding accessories
· Invitation Assistance and/or ordering
· Guidance on Etiquette
· Ceremony and Reception Site Visits 1-2 Weeks prior to wedding (travel charges may apply)
· Wedding Day Management (8 Hours maximum)
· Unlimited e-mail access to consultant
· Unlimited phone access to consultant (long distance excluded)
One week prior:
Confirm all vendor arrangements, times and discuss in-depth the details of vendor responsibilities, ensuring there are no last minute questions.
Three Days prior:
Prepare ceremony outline to include order of procession and recession and song list (if available). Coordinate details or ceremony rehearsal (i.e. how to seat family, usher’s responsibilities, best man, maid of honor duties, and guidelines)
Two hours prior:
A coordinator will arrive at your ceremony to coordinate your guests and your ceremony on the day of the wedding. The coordinator is your personal bridal consultant for your ceremony and reception helping you with your dress, pinning corsages and boutonnières and handing out all personal flowers to honored guests, she will honor any and all requests you may have. The goal of Uniquely Yours is for you to be stress free and happy on the most important day of your life
